Terms and Conditions

We strive to produce healthy and well-socialized goats. All of our kids are handled from birth and we do our best to attend all births. Kids that stay until weaning (8 weeks old) will be disbudded, vaccinated, and dewormed prior to weaning. If purchasing a bottle baby, the new owner is responsible for providing health care at their own expense and discretion. Pickup is required within 10 days of deposit. It is the buyer’s responsibility to stay in touch with us. If we do not hear from you after your 10 day deposit period is over, your deposit will be forfeited. If you (the buyer) back out of the sale your deposit will be automatically forfeit.
All available kids and adults will be listed on our Facebook farm page and our sales page. Once listed, we require a deposit (half the sales price) to hold each animal while it is in our care. Deposits can be made via Paypal or cash in person.

Deposits are non-refundable!

Deposits are not refundable unless something happens to the goat while in our care. Please make sure you are prepared to bring your goat home within 10 days (unless otherwise agreed).
All sales are local pickup only unless you have made shipping arrangements with us prior to purchase. Sometimes we are able to transport your goat to shows with us if arrangements are made in advance.

Health Guarantee

Sweet Troubles Farm is NOT responsible for the health of your animal once it leaves our farm. Our goats are guaranteed to be free of CAE and CL at the time of purchase. Any registered animal with tattoo’s from our farm that is proven to be infertile (veterinarian health check documents required), will be replaced for the original purchaser at our discretion. All goats that leave our farm appear outwardly healthy and do not show signs of any illness. Stress from being moved and weaned can often bring on numerous health issues quickly. If your goat becomes ill, please contact your veterinarian immediately.
